I really enjoyed its super-friendly employees.

Booked a room with an external private bathroom. The position of the hotel was great, right down to the sand.

The room was spacious and nicely decorated, and the staff was friendly and helpful, all for a great price of $45.

i was happy with hotel's nice location right down to the sand. the staff were very, very nice and supper friendly all of the time. location: the property was so close to the restaurants/cafe in town, a very chilled beach-ayampe- and nature. i spent 5 nights here and appreciated that.

The staff was amicable and helpful can provide additional tips. Also, location was quiet, within walking distance of Coconut Creek Family Fun Park. And we were just off the ocean and the beach and the restaurants/cafe in town.

This place is just a stone's throw away from the beach and the town's restaurants and cafes, plus a super relaxed beach vibe. The staff here are always friendly and welcoming. 😊

What a great guest house! The property was absolutely lovely with lush green spaces, beautiful trees, and colorful flowers. The shade provided by the trees was perfect for relaxing in the hammocks scattered throughout the common areas. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with high ceilings and good ventilation to keep them cool. The small patio with a hammock was a great spot to enjoy my morning coffee. The beach was just a short walk away down a scenic path, and the quiet location of the guest house made for a peaceful stay. The well-equipped kitchen was a bonus, with plenty of plates, bowls, and cutlery.

The only slight downside was that our room's patio was in the sun in the afternoon, making it too hot to sit on. However, this was a minor issue and didn't really affect our overall experience.

our honeymoon trip to ayampe was truly unforgettable, but our stay at las cabanas de la iguana was the icing on the cake. the charming room with a hammock on the balcony, a clean bathroom with a hot shower, and the friendly staff who spoke english made our experience truly exceptional.

I recently had an amazing solo trip and stayed at this lovely guest house that is just a short walk away from the beach. The location was perfect for me, allowing me to easily enjoy the beautiful sandy shores. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a well-maintained bathroom that was cleaned daily. The friendly staff provided excellent service, and the common areas were ideal for socializing and relaxing. I particularly enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen where I could prepare my own meals. it was a fantastic experience.

The occasional patchy wifi connection, but it didn't dampen my overall enjoyment.

We had a great time celebrating New Year at this hotel! The location was amazing, just a short walk from the beach. The hot showers with great pressure were a welcome relief after a day of surfing. the wifi was very fast, allowing us to stay connected with friends and family back home.

One thing that could be improved is the communal kitchen. The utensils were old and some of them really needed to be replaced.
